Michelle, Colby and I spent part of our July 4th weekend at Snoqualmie Lake. We made the approx. 8 mile trek to the lake Sunday afternoon, with a short side-trip to Otter Falls (look for the large rock cairn along the trail to find Otter Falls), camped by the lake Sunday night and made the trek back on Monday morning.
I really wish I had hauled my nice tripod along. Instead, I brought along a little knock-off Gorillapod-style thing and I wrestled with it a lot. Found myself getting kind of annoyed and discouraged with using it, so I didn’t use the camera as much as I wish I had.
